At Lou La Love Children's Boutique and toys we make every effort to offer online baby items that we believe our customers will be very happy purchasing. Of course, sometimes things can and do go wrong.  We endeavour to offer the highest levels of service possible, and to this end, we evaluate every issue raised with us.

Returns

We accept returns within a 14 day window from the date you received your items. Anything returned outside of this window period unfortunately will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Any exchanges on items provided the item is returned new (unused, unopened, unassembled) and in original packaging. Returns that are not in the original state will be returned to the customer at your expense and no exchange or refund will be provided.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds

If the item you received is damaged, we will review the item, and should the item be a factory defect we will replace this for you at no extra fee.

How do I return or exchange my item?

If you are returning a product, send an email to loulaloveinfo@gmail.com. We will help you with the specifics and answer any questions about your return. Kindly note you are responsible for return shipping charges at R120.00 for the collection of your return or exchange item. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly refund the shipment fee to you.
