We offer door-to-door courier service via The Courier Guy for your online baby goods and items. Our shipping rates are free for all orders above R1000.00 within South Africa. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days. Please note that orders are only activated once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared.

Lou La Love Children’s Boutique and toys assume no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse delivery of the package, you will be charged for return shipping.

We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial of signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier company about any loss or delivery disputes.
